Job summary

Versuni is seeking a Perfect Store and Trade Marketing Manager to shape how our products come to life in stores and online. You will translate insights into action by crafting trade strategies that resonate with retailers and consumers, collaborating with Sales, Digital, and Marketing teams.

Based in Madrid, you will lead national promotions, optimize budgets, and enhance ecommerce and in-store experiences across channels, delivering growth for Versuni’s home appliances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of Trade Marketing experience in FMCG or electronics retail.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
• Fluent in Spanish with upper-intermediate English.
• Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Based in Madrid area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a powerful trade marketing strategy across key product categories.
• Create and manage a national promotional calendar aligned with marketing plans.
• Maximize profitability by managing the promotional budget with ROI focus.
• Develop compelling ecommerce content and banners to convert browsers into buyers.
• Design and execute retail visibility strategies including displays and POS materials.
• Conduct listing and distribution analysis to optimize availability.
• Collaborate with retailers in category meetings and support launches.
• Analyze category sales and act on opportunities or challenges.
