Job summary

UNOde50 is seeking a Store Design & Visual Merchandiser in Madrid to lead creative retail displays and windows, enhancing in-store experiences and driving sales.

You will apply visual merchandising principles to convert shoppers into buyers while maintaining the brand’s premium store aesthetics across channels. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
• Working knowledge of current visual merchandising and store design trends and best practices.
• Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results.
• KPI awareness for customer journey & POS visibility.

Responsibilities

• Preparing Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documents.
• Distribution of spaces taking into account the customer’s journey.
• Coordinating external consultants (Engineers, Lighting, expeditors) and internal departments (marketing, logistic, VM).
• Managing and organizing the projects of the Brand’s Retail, Shop in Shop and Trade shows.
• Coordination of implementations across channels (windows, displays, decorations) with local teams and area managers.
• Ensure excellence VM execution is reached and maintained.
• Develop VM guidelines to support stakeholders on how to merchandise.
• VM feedback reports, tracking and follow up to ensure correct implementation.
• VM trainings on field and online.
• Photomontages and 3Ds.
• Analysis and KPI reports.
• Responsible for Visual Merchandising Strategy improving brand visibility and consumer flow to stores.
• New openings.

Requisitos mínimos

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• Working knowledge of current visual merchandising and store design trends and best practices.
• Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results.
• Costumer journey & POS visibility deep knowledge (KPI´s)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Store Design, Visual Merchandising, preferably in fashion Industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to run inter departmental projects.
• Very good organizational and communication skills.
• Coordinating various tasks and schedules at the same time.
• Willingness to challenge the obvious.
• Fluent in English
• Creativity, strong eye for details, hands-on mentality, proactive and service-oriented.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and delivering timely results.
• Expert level with office (Excel, Power Point, etc)
• Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup.
• Use of Autocad
• Availability to travel.

We are looking for an innovative Store Design & Visual Merchandiser to assist the manager in generating sales through creative retail displays and windows that capture buyers’ attention, with the goal of providing an excellent in-store experience. You will employ visual merchandising principles to convert stores and window shoppers into prospects by driving branding and sales objectives in order to maximize profitability.

To be successful as a Store Design & Visual Merchandiser you must ensure our store’s visual appearance is maintained to the highest standard, at all times.
