That’s your opportunity! At UPL we are looking for a Trade & Government Affairs Trainee eager to learn about how global trade, policy and advocacy impact on a multinational agrochemical company. This person will work full remote for a period of 3 months.
Job Description :
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather, organize, and create complex scientific and regulatory information into clear, concise, and engaging learning materials.
Utilize advanced PowerPoint skills to design visually appealing and highly effective training presentations based on the provided template and content. This will include incorporating multimedia elements.
Help identify and integrate supplementary learning resources, such as external publications, regulatory guidelines, and internal documents, into the academy modules.
Assist in organizing and structuring content within our SharePoint environment, ensuring easy navigation and accessibility for all learners.
Support the tracking and management of content development progress using Excel, helping to keep the project on schedule.
Brainstorm innovative ways to present information, enhance learner engagement, and optimize the overall academy experience within a tight timeframe.
Review and edit content for clarity, accuracy, consistency, and adherence to branding guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills :
Life sciences, Regulatory Affairs, Technical Communications, or an Agriculture-related field
Ability to think outside the box to develop engaging learning experiences.
