We hold a Class ‘A’ international banking license from the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of St. Lucia (FSRA), and are members of the Caribbean Association of Banks (CAB) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The successful candidate will be a self-starter, proactive, and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment. This role is ideal for a diligent, reliable individual with strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.

The Role Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Attracting new clients involved in international trade, such as exporters and importers, by offering trade finance services like LC (Letter of Credit), SBLC (Stand-by Letter of Credit), and BG (Bank Guarantee).
• Identifying opportunities and generating sales leads within your country of residence.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships and assisting with client checks.
• Reviewing client information for compliance with AML, KYC, and CTF requirements.

Ideal Profile Skills Required

• At least 1 year of experience in financial consulting, corporate advisory, banking, or related sectors.
• Proven sales and lead generation skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of KYC, AML, and PEPs is advantageous.
• Strong academic background.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and diligence.
• A mobile phone, a PC with webcam, and reliable internet connection.
