We are seeking a Head of Compliance, CSV, and Risk Management with extensive knowledge in governance, risk management, compliance, and process development. You will establish the company's validation framework based on industry standards that meet all legal, regulatory, and quality requirements. You will support system assessments and qualification under a risk-based approach, serving as the primary contact for IT and non-IT systems related to regulatory validation.

Essential Job Functions :

  • Define the strategy for computer systems validation across the company.
  • Ensure compliance controls are defined, documented, and aligned with requirements; identify, track, and manage IT risks.
  • Monitor internal controls for effectiveness and compliance, aiming for continuous improvement.
  • Support Identity and Access Management solutions (e.g., SAML / SSO, MFA, Zero Trust).
  • Develop efficient processes for Compliance, CSV, and Risk Management in line with current regulations and standards.
  • Create and enforce IT / OT policies and standards, coordinating with Global Quality to ensure alignment with global standards.
  • Develop a comprehensive framework covering documents, processes, and activities related to CSV, Compliance, and Risk Management, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Provide training and ensure effective implementation of compliance and CSV standards throughout the organization.
  • Engage with Enterprise Architecture to incorporate quality considerations in IT / OT landscape decisions.
  • Support data integrity investigations and prepare reports for management.
  • Conduct risk assessments, report findings, and manage risk tracking and acceptance processes.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Experience implementing risk management and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27000-series, GxP).
  • Strong background in information risk management.
  • Stay current with CSV trends and translate requirements into pragmatic approaches.
  • Ability to document standards clearly, including process flowcharts.
  • Technical understanding of compliance concepts and practical application (e.g., Network Engineering, Security, Threat Management, Databases, SDLC).
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and controls in IaaS environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; business proficiency in German is desirable.
  • Proactive in managing change and driving improvements.
  • Keep abreast of IT developments to provide added value through internal consulting.
