Tour Manager

Film Symphony Orchestra, promoter of film music shows, is looking for a profile to work ON TOUR (departure from Madrid).

Functions

1. Control / management of schedules and attendance. Adaptation to problems and resolution.
2. Control and management of transportation, accommodation, and maintenance of the company. Problem resolution.
3. Resolve any inconvenience that may arise for the company en route.
4. Protocol management.
5. Attention to the press during the concerts.
6. Customer service and resolution of incidents during concerts.
7. Transfer the show protocol to the accommodation staff of each auditorium.
8. Front-stage management: checking that all advertising materials and supports are in the appropriate and convenient location for their purpose.
9. Monitor that the show runs satisfactorily.
10. Take photos/videos during the concerts and send to the CM FSO.
11. Resolution and reporting of incidents.
