InOut Madrid Tours busca guías apasionados para lanzar una nueva experiencia en Madrid. Buscamos personas que amen Madrid y su historia, capaces de guiar tours y actuar como conductor-guía cuando sea necesario, con gran presencia ante los visitantes internacionales.

Ofrecemos la oportunidad de formar parte de un proyecto ambicioso desde el inicio, con un equipo profesional, enfoque en calidad y servicio, y la posibilidad de crecer junto con la expansión de la marca en la ciudad.

Formación

• Experiencia previa como guía turístico/a o conductor-guía.
• Dominio del inglés a buen nivel para visitantes internacionales.
• Capacidad de contar historias y conectar con el público.
• Actitud profesional, hospitalidad y atención al detalle.

Responsabilidades

• Guiar y dirigir recorridos en Madrid.
• Actuar como conductor-guía cuando se requiera.
• Realizar excursiones de un día desde Madrid a Toledo, Segovia y Ávila.
• Representar a la empresa con profesionalidad y hospitalidad.
• Crear experiencias memorables mediante storytelling y liderazgo.
• Entregar tours con el máximo cuidado y calidad de la marca.

• Can guide or driver-guide tours in Madrid and on day trips from Madrid
• Has a strong natural presence with guests
• Knows how to lead with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
• Is an excellent storyteller
• Understands how to connect emotionally with international travelers
• Pays attention to detail and truly cares about the guest experience
• Has a professional mindset, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Has previous experience as a tour guide or driver-guide (highly valued)
• Has a high level of English

• Leading and guiding tours in Madrid
• Operating as a driver-guide when required
• Running day trips from Madrid to destinations such as Toledo, Segovia, and Ávila
• Representing the company with a high standard of professionalism and hospitality
