Location: Spain or Poland

Position Summary

This individual will be a member of the Global Total Rewards team, responsible for deploying global, regional, and country-level compensation and benefits programs. The role involves managing and overseeing these programs across the Europe region, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

The position requires a proactive and analytical individual capable of ensuring compliance with local regulations, managing vendor relationships, and effectively communicating with employees and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regional labor laws, excellent data analysis skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

Key Areas of Responsibility
Compensation
  • Assist in implementing global compensation strategies across Europe.
  • Support the administration of incentive programs.
  • Manage the merit cycle regionally.
  • Support stakeholders in off-cycles, retentions, and proposals.
Benefits Administration
  • Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with brokers and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in each country.
  • Negotiate with vendors for the best plans and rates.
  • Oversee payment processes, including issuing purchase orders and managing invoices.
Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits metrics to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities.
Employee Communication
  • Develop and deliver communication materials to educate employees about programs.
  • Address employee inquiries and provide guidance.
  • Conduct training sessions for HR teams and managers.
Compliance and Governance
  • Ensure practices comply with local laws and regulations.
  • Monitor legislative changes and update policies accordingly.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance and identify improvements.
  • Maintain data integrity and uphold corporate guidelines.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
  • 5-7 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws.
  • Proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience in a multinational company.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday).
  • Strong project management skills, ability to work independently and in teams.
