You will play a critical role in shaping the organization's talent strategy within a diverse, multicultural team, guiding best practices and supporting strategic initiatives.

Formación

  • 8+ years of experience in global sales and non-sales compensation programs.
  • Experienced in developing and administering pay programs.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Total Rewards Manager - Compensation and Benefits

About the Role

Reporting to the Global Head of Total Rewards, you will be part of a multicultural team, providing expertise on process, policy, and best practices related to Total Rewards. This role involves managing global elements such as annual reviews, job evaluation, benchmarking, policy development, benefits strategy, and global mobility.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for HRBPs and Talent Acquisition for assigned regions / functions.
  • Develop, implement, and administer pay programs.
  • Participate in salary surveys and produce Total Rewards dashboards and analyses.
  • Lead or support salary reviews, off-cycle exercises, promotions, and bonus processes.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs on job leveling, salary adjustments, and promotions.
  • Stay informed on legislative changes and industry best practices.
  • Support Talent Acquisition with competitive compensation offers.
  • Lead or participate in job evaluation and benchmarking activities.
  • Contribute to the development of sales incentive programs.
  • Manage global mobility programs.
  • Support the development of a performance management culture.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in global sales and non-sales compensation programs.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, multicultural, matrixed environments.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex programs clearly.
  • Passion for evolving from Compensation & Benefits to broader Total Rewards strategies.
  • Knowledge of HCM systems, with Workday experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel.
  • Experience with post-acquisition integration is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Positive, collaborative attitude with a sense of humor.
