Job summary

Lear Corporation is seeking a Tooling & Equipment Engineering Supervisor to lead planning, integration, and optimization of tooling and equipment in manufacturing. You will ensure CAPEX investments, equipment readiness, and engineering execution align with operational goals.

Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, managing CAPEX, coordinating procurement, and guiding equipment selection and process improvements across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing supervision or engineering leadership.
• Strong knowledge of tooling, equipment integration, and CAPEX processes.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and supplier relationships.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical and operational challenges.
