We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who excels in both technical execution and communication. The ideal candidate should be familiar with software architecture and design patterns. The role involves writing clean, reusable, and maintainable code, improving software quality, maintaining and enhancing the CI pipeline, and contributing to test plans and automated tests. You will collaborate with a fully distributed, remote team and play a key role in designing, optimizing, and developing AI-centric software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications.
2. Ensure software quality through automated testing and validation processes.
3. Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
4. Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
5. Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure system stability and correctness.
6. Document implementations, testing, CI decisions, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as Typescript, Groovy, SQL, and React. Experience is a plus but not strictly required.
• Experience with software architecture (monolithic, event-driven) and design patterns.
• Experience designing multi-tenant or SaaS applications.
• Strong understanding of testing (TDD), validation methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in an agile environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
