ING España&Portugal seeks a VP Portfolio Management to lead the Lending team's TMT portfolio across Spain and Portugal, ensuring credit monitoring, portfolio optimization, and capital efficiency. You will work with Risk, Origination & Structuring, Legal, and advisory teams to deliver a top-quality client experience and maintain portfolio integrity.

The role demands strong analytical capability, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive process improvements in an international setting.

Formación

7+ years of credit analysis experience in banking, with TMT exposure.
Strong financial and credit analysis capabilities with attention to detail.
Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
CFA and/or MBA is a plus.
Collaborative and cross-cultural team player across functions/regions.

Responsabilidades

Manage a portfolio of lending clients with ongoing credit monitoring and risk reporting.
Conduct quarterly and annual credit reviews with financial analysis and cash flow modelling.
Coordinate amendments, waivers, and legal document updates.
Monitor credit quality, covenant compliance, and risk ratings.
Identify Early Warning Signals and potential risk migrations.
Prepare portfolio reports and regulatory submissions.
Collaborate with relationship managers and sector specialists to identify risks and opportunities.
Coach and support junior colleagues in the team.
