Essity seeks an experienced professional to design, develop and implement technology solutions within BlueYonder Transport Management System, acting as a technical vendor manager to fulfill distribution operations requirements. We value innovation, rapid pace and a mindset of continuous improvement across the team.

You will lead standardization and automation initiatives, coach cross‑functional teams, and provide analytics support using SQL and Power BI within a matrix organization.

Formación

• 5 years of experience in Supply Chain with end-to-end delivery.
• University degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience with BlueYonder Transport Management System.
• Knowledge of SAP, Transporeon, 4kites, EDI preferred.
• Coding knowledge (SQL) and analytics (Power BI) valued.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and lead initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Standardize and enhance processes and technology for BlueYonder TMS.
• Acts as technical vendor manager for BlueYonder.
• Participates in simplification, standardization and automation of Transportation processes.
• Executes global Distribution Sourcing events (e-bidding events, tariff-reviews).
• Acts as internal consultant in Supply Chain for Transportation Execution & Reporting.
• Guides process management and coaches Central Control Tower and Regional Distribution toward CI.
