Essity in Sant Joan Despí seeks a skilled Supply Chain professional to design, develop, and implement BlueYonder Transport Management System solutions. You will act as a technical vendor manager for BlueYonder and provide expertise across distribution operations.

The role requires 5 years in Supply Chain, an engineering degree, hands-on BlueYonder TMS experience, ERP knowledge (SAP, Transporeon, 4kites, EDI), plus coding with SQL and analytics (Power BI).

• 5 years of experience in Supply Chain with end-to-end delivery.
• University degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience with BlueYonder Transport Management System.
• Knowledge of other ERPs (SAP, Transporeon, 4kites, EDI).
• Coding knowledge (SQL) and analytics (Power BI).
• Capable of working in a matrix organization, driving collaboration across businesses and functions.
• Innovative and leadership capabilities, requiring strategic thinking and foresight.

Responsabilidades

• Standardize and enhance processes and technology to increase effectiveness in BlueYonder TMS.
• Act as technical vendor manager for BlueYonder.
• Automate and simplify processes within Transportation.
• Execute global Distribution Sourcing events (e-bidding, tariff reviews).
• Provide guidance as an internal consultant in Transportation Execution and Reporting.

About the role

The role designs, develops and implements technological solutions within the BlueYonder Transporation Management System. It provides deep expertise in the TMS solution and acts as technical vendor manager for BlueYonder relationship to fulfill the needs and requirements of distribution operations.

What will you do

• Works on standardization and enhancement initiatives of process and technology to increase effectiveness, efficiency and insight on BlueYonder Transport Management Systems

• Acts as technical vendor manager for BlueYonder

• Participates on the simplification, standardization and automation of processes within Transportation

• Executes global Distribution Sourcing events (e-bidding events, tariff-reviews)

• Acts as internal consultant in Supply Chain by providing guidance and solutions in Transportation Execution and Reporting

• Provides guidance on process management and coaches Central Control Tower and Regional Distribution to adopt Continuous Improvement mindset.

Who you are

• 5 years of experience in Supply Chain with understanding of end-to-end delivery

• University degree in Engineering or equivalent.

• Proven experience with BlueYonder Transport Management System

• Knowledge of other ERPs will be valued (such as SAP, Transporeon, 4kites, EDI)

• Coding knowledge (SQL or similar) and experience in analytics (Power BI or similar) will be valued

• Capable of working in a matrix organization, driving collaboration across businesses and functions

• Innovative and leadership capabilities, requiring strategic thinking and foresight

• Skilled Communicator and Fast Learner with capacity of autonomous Self-Management and Management of Projects/Initiatives
