Descripción del empleo

We are looking for a

Lead Engineer

with a strong focus on

Low-Code/No-Code development

to play a key role in one of the largest global IT transformation initiatives.
If you're passionate about creating smart, scalable digital solutions while guiding teams and business stakeholders through innovation and change, this could be your next big step.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead and contribute to

strategic low-code development initiatives , focusing on the practical application of platforms like

Google AppSheet, AppScript, Power Platform, or Mendix .
Collaborate with business and technical teams to

identify use cases

and define scalable low-code solutions.
Act as a

technical consultant and enabler ,



helping internal teams and citizen developers build solutions aligned with business goals.
Provide

mentorship and technical leadership

to junior engineers and business users.
Manage

project backlogs, architecture decisions , and ensure technical deliverables are aligned with business priorities.
Support global teams by delivering

training, documentation, and hands-on support

to increase adoption of low-code tools.
Drive the

technical implementation

of solutions and oversee delivery from concept to deployment.
Your Profile:
Degree in

Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration

or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in

low-code/no-code platforms

and hands-on technical implementation.
Knowledge of

JavaScript

and solid understanding of development principles.
Experience with tools such as:
Google AppSheet / Google App Script

(preferred)
Microsoft Power Apps / Power Automate / SharePoint
Mendix

or other automation tools (RPA, etc.)
Strong understanding of

Google Workspace

and integration methods.
Experience working with





Excel/Google Sheets macros

for automation.
Solid experience collaborating with

stakeholders across departments

and translating business needs into technical solutions.
Familiarity with

Agile methodologies

(Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management.
Excellent

communication and leadership skills .
Fluency in

English

(spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
