Job Title: TikTok Shop Specialist

We are seeking an experienced TikTok Shop Specialist to handle the end-to-end setup, management, and growth of TikTok storefronts. This includes everything from account creation and product uploads to marketing and customer support. The ideal candidate understands TikTok’s e-commerce ecosystem and can drive real results through platform-native strategies.

Responsibilities:
  1. TikTok Shop Setup:
    • Create and verify TikTok Shop accounts.
    • Complete initial setup, including compliance checks, storefront optimization, and product categorization.
    • Assist clients in countries where TikTok Shop is not yet supported by establishing a US entity, obtaining an EIN, providing US contact details and address, and meeting ID and product information requirements.
  2. Ongoing Management:
    • Upload and manage product listings with optimized titles, images, and descriptions.
    • Handle daily operations such as order processing, returns, and customer service.
    • Monitor performance and deliver regular insights and reports.
  3. Marketing & Content (Optional):
    • Develop and manage influencer collaborations and affiliate campaigns.
    • Set up and optimize paid ad campaigns through TikTok Ads Manager.
    • Produce engaging short-form content tailored for TikTok’s audience and trends.
Requirements:
  • Direct experience with TikTok Shop setup and management.
  • Understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and influencer strategy.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of TikTok content styles, trends, and audience behavior.
  • Ability to work with international clients and help meet TikTok Shop eligibility requirements.
