Job Description:

The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become highly competitive among leading Internet companies. With millions of loyal users worldwide, TikTok offers an ideal platform to deliver a new and improved commerce experience. We are seeking passionate and talented individuals to join our operations team in Madrid, where we aim to build an innovative, secure, and intuitive commerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
  • Map the category and subcategory landscape, define priorities, and collaborate with partners to develop them.
  • Define go-to-market strategies for categories/sub-categories and create clear roadmaps for long-tail partners.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor category performance.
  • Partner acquisition and onboarding: identify potential partners, develop onboarding solutions (including business models, creator affiliations, partner education), and establish mid- and long-term account plans to help partners grow sustainably on the platform.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to support partners with content on the platform.
  • Manage internal projects to enhance the Home & Living ecosystem, including campaigns, product launches, and B2B marketing.
  • Develop initiatives to continuously improve competitive advantages.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of the Spanish Home & Living industry landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution, and mobile transformation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, logical, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
