Job summary

Europe Language Jobs is seeking a creative, social media savvy intern to help grow our Spanish TikTok community in Barcelona. You will create, edit, and publish videos, stay ahead of trends, and engage with followers to build a stronger brand presence.

You will work with the marketing team on campaigns, develop practical content creation skills, and potentially join the team full-time after the internship. Paid internship: €550–€600 per month.

• Bring ideas to life: Experiment with humor, storytelling, interviews, and short-form videos.
• Become a familiar face: Feel comfortable on camera and bring energy to our content.
• Grow our community: Engage with followers, reply to comments, and build a stronger connection.
• Learn what works: Explore TikTok analytics and understand content performance.

Do you find yourself thinking, "I could make a better version of this video"? Do you love creating content, spotting trends, and coming up with ideas that make people stop scrolling?

Then we want you on our team!

At Europe Language Jobs, we're looking for a creative, social media-savvy intern to help us grow our Spanish TikTok community.

You'll get the opportunity to create content for our official Spanish TikTok account, @europelanguagejobs_es, bringing your personality, creativity, and fresh ideas to the screen.

Forget spending your entire internship watching someone else work. Here, you'll be actively involved in creating real content, experimenting with new formats, and seeing your ideas come to life.

What will you be doing?

Create content that people actually want to watch!

• Be a content creator: Brainstorm, script, film, edit, and publish TikToks and Instagram Reels for our Spanish-speaking audience.

• Stay ahead of the trends: Discover trending sounds, formats, memes, and challenges, and find creative ways to adapt them to our brand.

• Bring your ideas to life: Experiment with relatable humor, storytelling, interviews, and engaging short-form videos.

• Become a familiar face: Feel comfortable appearing on camera and bringing energy and personality to our content.

• Grow our community: Engage with followers, reply to comments, and help us build a stronger connection with our audience.

• Learn what works: Explore TikTok analytics, understand content performance, and discover what makes a video successful.

• Collaborate with our marketing team: Participate in brainstorming sessions, support creative campaigns, and contribute to other digital marketing initiatives.

Who are we looking for?

We're not looking for someone with thousands of followers or a professional filming setup.

We're looking for someone with creativity, curiosity, and the confidence to try new things.

You might be our perfect match if:

• You're fluent in Spanish with a good command of English.

• TikTok is part of your daily life, and you understand its trends, humor, and culture.

• You enjoy creating videos and experimenting with different formats.

• You're comfortable in front of the camera (or excited to become more confident!).

• You have a good sense of humor, an eye for detail, and plenty of ideas.

• You're proactive, open to feedback, and eager to learn.

• You enjoy working with people from different cultures and backgrounds.

• You're familiar with video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar applications — or you're excited to learn.

Bonus points: You've already created TikToks, Reels, or other short-form videos, even just for fun!

Important: You must be able to sign an internship agreement with your university or educational institution.
