Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver exceptional spa treatments : Provide high-quality massages, body treatments, and facials that meet or exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction : Recognize and respond to guests' needs and preferences to ensure their complete satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment : Ensure that the spa area is clean, hygienic, and organized at all times, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the team : Work closely with other Spa department members to achieve common goals and objectives.
• Provide information and guidance : Offer guests information about spa treatments, policies, and procedures in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements :

• Certification in Therapeutic Massage / Aesthetics : A recognized certification in therapeutic massage or aesthetics is essential for this role.
• Experience : A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist is required.
• Language skills : High-level English language skills are necessary, with knowledge of a second language (such as French or German) being valued.
• Physical abilities : The ability to stand for most of the time, walk, lift, and carry up to 20 pounds is essential.
