Oasis Spa at Grand Hyatt Barcelona, a sanctuary of wellbeing in a luxury hotel, seeks a warm Spa Receptionist to welcome guests, manage reservations, and coordinate daily reception activities.

You will work closely with Spa Therapists and wellness staff to deliver a personalized guest experience aligned with luxury standards.

Formación

• Previous customer service experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or luxury service environments is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance, discretion, and a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent Spanish and a high level of English are required; additional languages are a bonus.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week on a rotating schedule, Monday to Sunday, between 09:30–17:30 and 13:30–21:30.

• Manage spa reservations, memberships, and guest inquiries efficiently.
• Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling and billing procedures.
• Maintain guest records and ensure administrative documentation is completed correctly.
• Ensure the reception area and spa facilities are organized, clean, and well-presented.
• Support the daily operation of the spa by monitoring supplies, amenities, and retail displays.
• Communicate important guest information and operational updates during shift handovers.
• Collaborate closely with Spa Therapists and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assist with the coordination of special promotions, events, and wellness activities.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards, company policies, and health and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by hotel management.

At Oasis Spa at Grand Hyatt Barcelona, a sanctuary of wellbeing within one of the city's most iconic luxury hotels, we are looking for a warm, attentive, and service-oriented Spa Receptionist to join our Wellness team.

This role is responsible for welcoming guests, managing spa reservations, coordinating daily reception activities, and ensuring a seamless and personalized guest experience. Working closely with Spa Therapists, Wellness professionals, and other hotel departments, you will help deliver exceptional service while upholding the luxury standards of Grand Hyatt Barcelona.
