Oasis Spa at Grand Hyatt Barcelona is seeking a warm, attentive Spa Receptionist to join our Wellness team. This role welcomes guests, manages spa reservations, handles payments, and supports daily reception operations to deliver a seamless, personalized guest experience in a luxury setting.

Working closely with Spa Therapists and hotel departments, you will uphold Hyatt standards, promote spa services, and maintain accurate guest records.

Formación

• Previous experience in reception, spa, wellness, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with reservation systems and scheduling platforms is an advantage.
• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Professional appearance and discretion.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fluent Spanish and high level of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays; eligible to work in Spain/EU.

Summary

At Oasis Spa at Grand Hyatt Barcelona, a sanctuary of wellbeing within one of the city's most iconic luxury hotels, we are looking for a warm, attentive, and service-oriented Spa Receptionist to join our Wellness team. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, managing spa reservations, supporting daily reception operations, and ensuring a seamless and personalized guest experience. Working closely with Spa Therapists, Wellness professionals, and other hotel departments, you will help deliver exceptional service while upholding the luxury standards of Grand Hyatt Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally, creating a relaxing and welcoming spa environment.
• Manage spa reservations, schedules, and guest inquiries efficiently and accurately.
• Provide information about spa treatments, wellness services, memberships, and retail products.
• Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling and billing procedures.
• Manage guest requests and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate daily operations with Spa Therapists to ensure a smooth service flow.
• Maintain guest records and ensure administrative documentation is completed correctly.
• Ensure the reception area and spa facilities are organized, clean, and well-presented.
• Support the promotion of spa services, treatments, and special offers.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards, company policies, and health and safety procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in a reception, spa, wellness, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with reservation systems and scheduling platforms is an advantage.
• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional appearance, discretion, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent Spanish and a high level of English are required; additional languages are an asset.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays according to business needs.
• Eligibility to work in Spain/EU.
