Formación

We are looking for a German-speaking Sales & Marketing Consultant to help businesses optimize their online presence using Google Ads solutions. In this role, you will consult with small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), providing expert advice on how to improve their digital advertising strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with German-speaking clients to understand their business goals and recommend Google Ads solutions.
  • Develop tailored advertising strategies to help businesses maximize ROI.
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities and drive upsells and renewals.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights to improve results.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with Google Ads updates and digital marketing trends.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (C1 / C2 level) and proficient in English.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or digital advertising (Google Ads experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret advertising performance data.
  • Goal-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday).
  • Salary : starting from 24.650€ gross / year + up to 4.350€ gross / year in bonus.
  • This is a Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
  • Permanent Contract.
  • 4 weeks of intense introduction training on Google Ads and specific sales training.
