Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the scientific and therapeutic executive lead for internal and external customers in early engagement, RFI, and RFP responses from BDM to award.
  • Lead customer meetings, identify strategic needs, provide therapeutic consultation, and follow-up.
  • Drive proposals and bid defenses using therapeutic expertise and knowledge of clinical development strategy; propose innovative operational strategies and drug development solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions that accelerate and optimize execution.
  • Review and approve strategies, proposals, and budgets, utilizing industry benchmarking and market analysis.
  • Coordinate with therapeutic specialists, strategy leads, and project teams to ensure best practices across global segments.
  • Maintain strong therapeutic knowledge to advise customers and internal teams.
  • Participate in strategic planning to drive growth and achieve business goals in the therapeutic area.
  • Identify customer needs and drug development trends to contribute to new solution development across divisions.

Qualifications

  • BA / BS in life sciences, nursing, or equivalent; extensive clinical research experience in CRO, pharma, or biotech.
  • Cross-functional project management experience in clinical trials.
  • Pharma / CRO experience with a proven track record of client relationship management.
  • Extensive knowledge in one or more therapeutic areas.
  • Understanding of clinical development and budget analysis.
  • Thorough knowledge of FDA regulations, drug development, and clinical monitoring.
  • Proficiency with ICH / GCP guidelines and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, ensuring timely, quality delivery.
  • Strong presentation, documentation, interpersonal skills, and team orientation.
