Position: Construction Manager

As part of our Construction team, you will be involved in comprehensive project management, from planning to execution, reporting to the Project Director. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing technical support to the sales team in client relations.
2. Conducting site visits for data collection.
3. Collaborating with Design and Studies teams on architecture and installation projects, mainly interior fit-outs for offices and retail spaces.
4. Managing quality procedures, materials, and finishes.
5. Overseeing resources, subcontracting, cost control, scheduling, and financial closeouts.
6. Requesting, managing, and analyzing bids from suppliers.
7. Preparing project documentation such as measurements, planning, economic control, reports, and as-built documents.
8. Applying your ingenuity to diverse daily activities.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A university degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in the construction sector, particularly in office, retail, or hotel projects (more than 3 years).
• Proficiency in Office tools, Presto, MS-Project, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Autonomy, proactivity, teamwork skills, organization, commitment, and a desire to contribute to our corporate projects.
