• Más de 10 años de experiencia en definición y mantenimiento de instalaciones de pruebas de tren motriz.
• Experiencia en gestión de configuraciones completas de laboratorio de pruebas.

Job Description

To support the H&FC Powertrain Testing Facilities Supervisor, we are looking for an experienced Testing Facilities Engineer to support the definition, development, validation, and operations of the testing devices and tools needed to perform our development and testing activities.

The role requires a strong technical background in electric, electronic, and mechanical systems. The candidate must demonstrate well-organized time management and communication skills with the testing suppliers.

This position will report to the H&FC PWT Testing Facilities Supervisor.

Main Tasks:

1. Responsible for defining technical facilities requirements to fulfill new standard requirements as well as new technologies such as EV and HEV.
2. Coordinate with the Test Facility Design department to define service supply needs for the test benches.
3. Manage the complete project and integration of the different testing equipment.
4. Support the development and continuous improvement of laboratory processes, tools, standards, and training in compliance with safety IDIADA technical instructions, providing support and mentorship to technicians and engineers.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electric / Electronic Engineering.
2. 10+ years of experience in Powertrain Testing Facilities definition, service support, and maintenance.
3. Experience with laboratory quality and safety-related processes.
4. Experienced in managing complete testing laboratory setups: planning, timing, and cost control.

Language:

IDIADA has different facilities around the globe. Some trips to assist worldwide PWT facilities may be necessary.
