Your role

As a Test Automation lead your main responsibilities will mainly involve those activities that will help us bring our Test Automation Service to the Next Level, this means:

• Being the technical authority in the Test Automation Team, you will be responsible for the Test Automation FW Roadmap
• Analyzing and integrating GenAI capabilities within our Test Automation Services
• Remaining up to date with the latest market trends in Test Automation, tools and platforms as well as their pros and cons
• Supporting the other 2 services in the area, Load & Performance and Security Testing to sustain a consistent evolution of the 3
• Being in contact with customers, understanding their needs designing added value solutions for them

Your Skills and Experience

As a Test Automation Lead your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

• Strong program capabilities in Java and Python
• Analysis of Functional Documentation and preparation of Test Automation Strategy
• Deep knowledge on Test Automation FW Architecture, core artifacts for Selenium and code’s maintenance
• Demonstrable Experience handling GenAI based assets
• Great communication, presentation and leadership skills
