UST España & Latam busca un Test Data Management Specialist para trabajar en Madrid, con modalidad híbrida (3 días oficina, 2 días teletrabajo). El rol cubre diseño y gestión de datos de prueba para entornos UAT y software bancario, con uso de SQL y herramientas de enmascaramiento.

Se valoran conocimientos en SDLC, Agile, y CI/CD. La posición ofrece estabilidad profesional, beneficios y oportunidades de desarrollo.

Formación

• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en Test Data Management en entornos regulados o servicios financieros.
• Dominio de SQL y bases de datos relacionales (Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Conocimientos de SDLC y metodologías Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experiencia con herramientas de masking de datos (Delphix, Informatica) deseable.
• Inglés fluido.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar, extraer, transformar y provisionar conjuntos de datos de prueba para entornos de prueba y UAT.
• Garantizar la integridad referencial de los datos de prueba entre sistemas.
• Desarrollar y gestionar datasets sintéticos y enmascarados realistas.
• Colaborar con IDMC y equipos de Test Data Management en refresh de entornos y planes de población de datos.
• Automatizar el aprovisionamiento de datos de prueba usando scripts (SQL, Python, Shell) y pipelines CI/CD (Jenkins, Docker, Git).

What we look for?

We are looking for a Test Data Management Specialist across the project of the client from the banking sector.

Work Location: Work model in hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 WFH),

Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

• Design, extract, transform, and provision test data sets for UAT, TST50, TST60, UAT10 and other test environments.
• Guarantee referential integrity of test data across interconnected systems.
• Develop and manage reusable synthetic and masked datasets representing real-world client scenarios (onboarding, advising, compliance checks, transaction flows).
• Coordinate with IDMC and Test Data Management teams on environment refresh activities and data population plans.
• Support automation of test data provisioning using scripting (SQL, Python, Shell) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker, Git).

What do we expect from you?

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Test Data Management, preferably within financial services or highly regulated environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Solid understanding of Software Delivery Lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with test phases such as SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Experience with data masking tools and technologies (e.g., Delphix, Informatica) is highly desirable.
• Fluent English.
