Job summary

Amaris Consulting | Part of Mantu is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join an international team in Valencia, contributing to automated tests and CI/CD pipelines. You will design, develop, and maintain test scripts, ensuring robust coverage across critical features and platforms.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in test automation, experience with Tosca/Cypress/Ranorex, API testing tools, and container tech like Docker/Kubernetes. On-site presence in Valencia 2-3 days per week is required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Software Quality Assurance, Software Engineering, or similar.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in test automation.
• Experience with test automation tools (Tosca, Cypress, Ranorex, or similar).
• Proficiency with API testing tools (REST Assured, Postman, JMeter).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI).
• Knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA, XRAY).
• ISTQB Test Automation Engineer (CT-TAE) certification is a plus.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and mobile testing frameworks.
• Availability for 2-3 days/week on-site presence in Valencia.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and adapt test scripts for new or changing requirements.
• Create bug reports and verify fixes after failures.
• Monitor test automation coverage and highlight automated vs manual features.
• Suggest and implement framework improvements.
• Write, design, and execute automated tests to maximize coverage of critical system features.
• Create test execution plans and prioritize test scenarios.
• Document automated processes, plans, and test cases.
• Set up continuous integration and perform exploratory testing when needed.
