Role Overview

• Drive adoption of Dexcom products within Primary Care and Community Diabetes Teams through support and solutions.
• Spend approximately 85% of time in the field, collaborating with Market Access to optimize policies and funding.
• Provide training on Dexcom products to healthcare professionals using innovative methods (10-15% of time).
• Increase market share and territory revenue by leveraging company resources and strategic partnerships.
• Manage the territory effectively, balancing customer and business needs.
• Utilize CRM daily to identify business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (desirable but not required).
• Strategic thinker with initiative and knowledge of diabetes products and therapies.
• Proven success in sales roles is a plus.
• Ability to recognize customer needs and promote new approaches to diabetes treatment.
• Experience in complex sales environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.
• Valid Category B driver’s license.

Experience & Education

Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience. Experience in diabetes and medical devices is a plus, especially in primary care and hospital settings.
