Formación

Responsibilities:

  • Drive recommendations and use of Dexcom products within Primary Care and Community Diabetes Teams, supporting services and solutions (85% of time)
  • Collaborate with Market Access to optimize policies and funding strategies
  • Provide training and in-service education on Dexcom products to healthcare professionals (10-15% of time)
  • Increase Dexcom market share and territory revenue, utilizing company resources and support
  • Maximize strategic partnerships to boost sales of standalone products
  • Manage the territory effectively, prioritizing customer and business needs
  • Use CRM daily to identify business opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (desirable)
  • Strategic thinker, proactive, with knowledge of diabetes products and therapies
  • Proven success in sales roles is a plus
  • Ability to understand customer needs and promote innovative diabetes treatments
  • Experience in complex sales environments and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills
  • Team-oriented with a consultative sales approach
  • Valid Category B driver's license
