Territory Sales Manager Diabetes - Provincia de Tenerife

Location: Remote - Spain (preferably based in Tenerife)

Role Summary:

  • Drive recommendations and use of Dexcom products within Primary Care and Community Diabetes Teams by providing support services and solutions (85% of time in the field).
  • Collaborate with the Market Access team to optimize policies and funding.
  • Provide training and support to healthcare professionals on Dexcom products and ancillaries (10-15% of time).
  • Increase market share and territory revenue through strategic partnerships and customer engagement.
  • Manage the territory effectively, balancing customer needs and business priorities.
  • Utilize CRM systems daily to identify and develop business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of related experience; experience in diabetes and medical devices is a plus.
  • Knowledge of diabetes therapies and products.
  • Proven success in sales roles with strong performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.
  • Strategic thinker, proactive, and able to work cross-functionally.
  • Valid Category B driver’s license.
