  • Bienvenido to the Dexcom team! Our sales team is the first point of contact for our customers who have questions about our rtCGM (real-time continuous glucose monitoring).

Where you come in:

  • You will deliver sales presentations to promote Dexcom products and services to existing and potential customers, healthcare professionals such as endocrinologists, nurse educators, pediatricians specializing in diabetes, and primary care physicians and nurses.
  • You will educate physicians and nurses on the benefits and details of using Dexcom continuous glucose monitoring products.
  • You build and maintain relationships with physicians.
  • You will represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national congresses of scientific societies related to diabetes.
  • You are actively committed to positioning the company as a market leader in continuous glucose monitoring.
  • You implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve individual and company goals.
  • You assume responsibility for the regional budget, controlling expenses.
  • You create reports according to guidelines and successfully use sales materials to promote sales in the sales area.
  • You will work with our sales colleagues and internal employees to achieve or exceed company goals.

What makes you successful:

  • Nice to have Catalan speaking competence at a native level. Fluent in English (desirable but not required).
  • You think strategically and forward-thinkingly in your way of working and you are ready to take initiative.
  • You have knowledge of diabetes products and therapies.
  • You have demonstrated success in previous sales roles based on very good performance (a plus).
  • You recognize customer needs and are therefore able to stimulate, challenge, and advance thought processes regarding new approaches to diabetes treatment.
  • You implement sales strategies even in a complex and multifaceted environment.
  • You work cross-functionally with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams.
  • You have excellent people skills, as well as communication and negotiation skills.
  • You are team-oriented and able to implement conceptual / consultative sales strategies.
  • You must have a valid Category B driver's license.

Travel Required:

More than 75% always travel within the assigned region (Catalonia).
