What You’ll Do : Develop and manage relationships with orthopedic surgeons, sports physicians, and hospital stakeholders. Provide product expertise in theatre, supporting cases and driving usage through clinical knowledge. Execute strategic territory plans to exceed sales targets and expand market share. Organise workshops, training sessions, and product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement. Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to roll out new product launches.

What We’re Looking For : Proven sales experience in medical devices (orthopedics or surgical background is a plus). Strong interpersonal skills with a drive to build trust and long-term relationships. Confident, coachable, and proactive mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets. Based in or willing to relocate to Galicia, with flexibility to travel across the region. Fluent in Spanish; English a plus.
