What You’ll Do :

  • Develop and manage relationships with orthopedic surgeons, sports physicians, and hospital stakeholders.
  • Provide product expertise in theatre, supporting cases and driving usage through clinical knowledge.
  • Execute strategic territory plans to exceed sales targets and expand market share.
  • Organise workshops, training sessions, and product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to roll out new product launches.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Proven sales experience in medical devices (orthopedics or surgical background is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a drive to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Confident, coachable, and proactive mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Galicia, with flexibility to travel across the region.
  • Fluent in Spanish; English a plus.
