The person will support the development of Ormco's orthodontic business activities in the Basque Country, exploring sales growth opportunities, developing sales with distribution partners, and cultivating relationships. They will generate leads from distribution channels by creatively penetrating the market and exploring tenders. As a Territory Manager, the role involves training peers and customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Visit assigned customers regularly to promote products and relate new product information, collecting feedback.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Visit potential customers to qualify them as prospects.
  • Understand and support sales policies and procedures to ensure effective customer treatment.
  • Relate new product ideas to marketing management for evaluation.
  • Follow corporate policies on customer entertainment and relations.
  • Review and report customer complaints and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collect and report competitive information to Marketing Management.
  • Prepare periodic reports including weekly call and expense reports, general reports, and others as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Strategic view on business development and proactive training of peers and customers.
  • Ability to relate well with people and work in unstructured environments.
  • Experience in international environments.
  • Fluent in English and native Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in medical devices, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals is preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel and CRM.
  • At least 3 years of sales or business experience.
