The Advocate Group partners with Monster Energy to recruit a high-spirited Field Sales Ambassador in Palma, Spain. You will own your territory, driving Monster energy distribution, availability and visibility across Modern Trade and Away From Home channels, and ensure flawless execution at the point of sale.

You will build relationships daily, identify opportunities, and push for expanded SKUs, assortments, and in-store promotions while travelling across your territory.

Formación

• Experience in FMCG or Field Sales is advantageous.
• Proactive attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a territory.
• Willingness to travel across the territory and countryside.

Responsabilidades

• Increase distribution and secure SKUs across Modern Trade & Away From Home.
• Grow assortment and ensure right product range in accounts.
• Identify and resolve out-of-stocks to maximise availability.
• Execute promotions and NPD launches in-store.
• Create standout execution via POS, displays and merchandising.
• Negotiate extra shelf space, secondary placements and displays.
• Identify new outlets and growth opportunities in territory.
• Support activations and promotions with partners.
• Provide market feedback and track competitor activity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing and distributor teams.
