The Role of Massage Therapist:

We are seeking a Massage Therapist to join our team. The therapist plays a key role in providing the core of the spa experience: the treatment. Responsibilities include proactively anticipating guest needs, knowledge of treatment options, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Duties include:

• Ensuring the highest level of comfort and service, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
• Performing all body treatments according to Four Seasons standards.
• Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of treatment rooms.
• Managing stock and supplies.
• Following the daily appointment schedule.

Our Ideal Massage Therapist:

The ideal candidate should represent the brand through excellent grooming, a positive attitude, and a warm smile. Candidates must have solid knowledge of various treatment protocols, a minimum of two years of massage therapy experience, and flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in Spain and fluency in English and Spanish.
