In Technology we advise the technology areas of the main telecommunications operators and Media, infrastructure companies and corporations with complex digital infrastructures, to drive them in the transformation and deployment of new technologies that enhance their business. In Business we develop high impact strategies for telecommunications operators and Media, helping them to achieve operational and customer excellence. In Deal & Strategy we provide a differential competitive advantage in the design and implementation of business strategies and support in corporate operations.

Therefore, we are looking to reinforce our Deal & Strategy team with the incorporation of an Associate with experience of at least 3 years, developing the following functions :

• Performing benchmarks and market analysis in the telecommunications field.
• Participation in commercial and technical due diligence.
• Development of strategic plans and business plans.
• Perform carve-outs with focus on fixed and mobile operators.
• Manage end-to-end M&A operations : evaluation, analysis, execution and support during integration.
• Elaboration of financial models for project valuation.
• Responsible for the generation of the necessary documentation for presentation to the client or investment committee.
• Direct dialogue with the client.
• Keeping abreast of new trends in the world of telecommunications.

Requirements :

• 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in due diligence (commercial / technical) and M&A transaction management.
• Ability to define corporate strategy based on TMT market analysis.
• Experience in accounting modeling (P&L) and advanced Excel skills.
• Previous experience working in consulting.
• Used to work in international environments.
• Degree in telecommunications or industrial engineering, or financial profile with motivation to learn at a technical level in the telecommunications sector.
