Tender Manager Spain - Remote €50,000–70,000

Enjoy full remote working while taking ownership of high-value solar PV tenders across Spain, Portugal and Latin America. You’ll shape commercial strategy and put your name to deals worth millions, all without being tied to an office.

At the same time, you’ll build the kind of commercial expertise that opens direct paths into sales leadership and contract negotiation. You’ll develop your negotiation muscle with real stakes and see how far you can push your commercial influence. There’s also a clear progression route mapped out. What you’ll do Lead the tender and proposal process for large-scale solar EPC projects, focusing on winning new business and expanding market presence. You’ll analyse markets, spot trends, and use that insight to shape bids that win.

Building strong client relationships will be key, giving you direct access to decision-makers and the chance to influence project pipelines. You’ll also support commercial negotiations, giving you hands-on experience in closing deals and securing contracts.
