Tender Manager Spain - Remote €50,000–70,000

What you’ll do Lead the tender and proposal process for large-scale solar EPC projects, focusing on winning new business and expanding market presence. You’ll analyse markets, spot trends, and use that insight to shape bids that win.
Building strong client relationships will be key, giving you direct access to decision-makers and the chance to influence project pipelines. You’ll also support commercial negotiations, giving you hands-on experience in closing deals and securing contracts.
What you’ll need Experience in the photovoltaics sector, so you understand the market and technology Fluent English and Spanish, as you’ll be working across international markets Proven experience in tender negotiation and contract conclusion, giving you the confidence to lead high-stakes discussions
