Sulzer is seeking an experienced Tendering Engineer in Madrid to lead the preparation of complex technical and commercial tenders for infrastructure and energy projects. You will work with Sales, Engineering, and Project Management to develop robust pumping solutions and manage risks across a global network.
The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field, 5+ years in tendering or related roles, and fluent English. Travel within Spain and internationally is expected.

Join Sulzer's Flow Equipment division and play a key role in delivering competitive and technically robust solutions for large-scale infrastructure and energy projects. Working closely with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, and our global manufacturing network, you will lead the preparation of complex tenders, develop technical solutions, assess project risks, and support customers throughout the bidding process. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineering professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with commercial insight in an international environment.
