Schneider Electric invites capable professionals to join a cross-functional team handling international RFQs and quotations for ProLeiT automation solutions. You will prepare calculations, collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Procurement, and ensure compliance with internal processes and export controls.

The role emphasizes teamwork across global colleagues, strong communication in English and German, and ongoing development within a flexible hybrid work arrangement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or similar.
• Technical background in automation would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.

Responsabilidades

• Review customer requirements and prepare quotations for RFQ proposals.
• Calculate and prepare quotations using internal tools following defined process.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Procurement and IT to ensure timely quotations.
• Assess risks and ensure compliance with export controls and internal policies.
• Review price/cost estimates and obtain management approval.

Your To Do‘s:

• Review customer requirements and request for mainly international quotes (RFQ)
• Prepare calculations and quotations for ProLeiT automation solutions based on internal and external customer inquiries by using standard quotation and pricing tools, following a defined process
• Work in close cooperation with Sales, Delivery, Procurement, IT and other solution centers or experts to ensure the quality and timely completion of quotations
• Carry out formal risk assessments and initiate export control on relevant tenders and ensure compliance with internal processes
• Review and approve price/costing estimates and submit for management approval

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business or similar experience
• Technical background in automation industry would be an advantage
• Good communication: fluent speaking and writing in English and German
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Organization & problem-solving skills, combined with high sense of responsibility
• Self-motivated with a passion for learning and continuous improvement
