Schneider Electric is seeking an E2E Process Reinvention Partner to lead AI-enabled process redesign across DCR capabilities, integrating human and agentic AI workflows.

Based in Barcelona, you will define WoW frameworks, align with delivery teams, and build reusable artefacts within Schneider Digital's transformation program.

• Business or Engineering Degree.
• 8+ years in Process Design, Business Transformation, Digital Operations, or Management Consulting.
• Experience redesigning end-to-end processes in the context of digital technology deployments (ERP, AI, automation, CRM).
• Experience with SDLC frameworks, Agile delivery, or digital product lifecycle management.
• Prior exposure to AI, Agentic AI, or automation platforms (e.g. Microsoft Copilot Studio) is a strong advantage.
• Experience navigating complex and multicultural organisations.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with EIT and AI Hub to embed standards and reuse templates across the programme.
• Lead workshops and facilitate reinvention sessions with domain SPOCs to align AI-enabled future-state workstreams.
• Capture and maintain the Reinvention Vision per capability and update it as pilots deliver evidence.

Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients. Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain). Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.

The DCR AI Operations team is premised on a fundamental insight: deploying AI tools is not enough. The processes, ways of working, and delivery frameworks that govern how DCR teams operate must be reinvented alongside the technology.

The Transformation & Change stream drives this reinvention across all DCR capabilities. Its mandate covers current-state process mapping, co-design of AI-enabled future states with domain teams, definition of the digital delivery framework, and tight integration of process redesign with pilots being validated in H2 2026. The E2E Process Reinvention Partner is the expert who translates these ambitions into executable process transformation — engaging with DCR capability teams to produce the Reinvention Vision per capability, define new ways of working, and build the delivery artefacts that allow the organisation to scale what it learns from pilots.

What will you do?

Key Responsibilities

The E2E Process Reinvention Partner leads process transformation design, ensuring AI is embedded into reinvented ways of working, not layered onto existing ones.

Scope: DCR capabilities: Customer Support | Services | Pricing & Quotation | Customer Experience | Platform & Data | Cybersecurity

1. Map current processes & design AI-enabled future states – Process design role

• For each DCR capability, map the current-state process landscape and define the impact of AI on roles, workflows, and team structures.
• Facilitate reinvention workshops with domain SPOCs to co-design AI-enabled future-state ways of working, grounded in the programme's use case portfolio.
• Produce the Reinvention Vision per DCR domain, capturing transformation ambitions, AI agent integration points, and anticipated capacity reallocation; maintain it continuously as pilots deliver evidence.

1. Define new ways of working & support pilot delivery – Transformation integration role

• Define new WoW frameworks: how AI agents integrate into daily operations, how human-AI collaboration is structured, and how accountability is maintained across each domain.
• Coordinate with Delivery teams to translate process redesign into actionable agent specifications and acceptance criteria; support pilot execution and lead post-pilot WoW validation.
• Integrate pilot learnings into the Phase 3 deployment playbook; perform process feasibility assessments for priority use cases.

1. Build the digital delivery framework & programme artefacts – Framework development role

• Design and update the end-to-end SDLC adapted for Agentic AI, covering agent development, skills definition, artefact libraries, and delivery guidance (including BMAD methodology).
• Collaborate with EIT and the AI Hub to embed process design standards, quality gateways, and compliance controls within the SDLC.
• Build the programme's library of reusable process templates and delivery assets to accelerate and standardise Phase 3 scaling.

What qualifications will make you successful?
