Description

The Tender Supply Chain Manager is responsible for coordinating, negotiating, and administering procurement proposals, bids, and contracts with suppliers and vendors. Key responsibilities include:

1. Preparing contract and bid documents and ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained.
2. Collecting and analyzing technical, financial, and legal information for contract and bid documents.
3. Collaborating with technical, finance, or legal teams for review processes.
4. Documenting performance and service level agreements and monitoring vendor/supplier performance against these agreements.

Your background

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and Project Procure is advantageous.
