EA Madrid hosts our international Localization Testing and Compliance & Certification teams, consisting of engineers, producers, sound and linguistic specialists. We focus on providing localized versions of our titles to over 30 countries. EA Madrid offers a vibrant, multicultural environment where every employee plays a vital role.

Your main responsibility will be to verify the linguistic quality of localized products and ensure compliance with EA procedures before certification. You may also assist in evaluating EA's Customer Experience advisors.

Responsibilities :

• Complete assigned tasks thoroughly.
• Report bugs, flaws, or issues accurately in English and Arabic, ensuring they are resolved before release.
• Inform Leads and Senior Testers of issues that may impact testing progress early.
• Proactively seek to improve testing procedures and equipment knowledge.
• Follow EA security protocols for equipment and software.
• Report to the Linguistic Team Lead.

Qualifications :

• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and verbal); native speaker preferred.
• Ability to approach testing with attention to detail and structure.
• Interest in video games and familiarity with platforms like PC, Mac, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and Mobile.
• Proactive, player-focused, and team-oriented.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Additional Information :

• Relocation support available for candidates outside Madrid.
• Must be eligible to work in Spain; visa sponsorship not provided.
• Work involves peak periods, with potential overtime compensated with time off.
• Remote work from home is required due to Covid-19. Candidates willing to relocate within Spain are prioritized; some remote options from other countries may be considered.
