AQUAZZURA, a luxury footwear brand, is seeking a Sales Associate for a temporary pop-up position in Madrid. The ideal candidate will provide personalized customer experiences, meet sales targets, and engage with clients effectively. A minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion or luxury retail is required, along with fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in fashion and luxury retail.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Possess a dynamic, friendly, and engaging personality.

The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing a personalized customer experience, building strong customer relationships, and meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Client and Business Oriented
  • Represent Aquazzura as an ambassador of the brand;
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients to satisfy their needs;
  • Build a loyal clientele;
  • Demonstrate an active role on the selling floor;
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay sensitive to competitors’ trading activities.
Operations
  • Work within established guidelines, procedures, policies, and standards of the company;
  • Ensure achievement of individual and store goals, and contribute to business development;
  • Operate retail systems correctly (stock transfer, payments, customer database, etc.);
  • Attach price tags to merchandise on the shop floor;
  • Participate in stock and inventory management;
  • Report discrepancies and issues to the supervisor;
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in fashion and luxury retail;
  • Possess a dynamic, friendly, and engaging personality;
  • Be customer-oriented;
  • Be action and sales-oriented;
  • Exhibit excellent customer service attitude;
  • Have luxury product knowledge;
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.

This is a temporary pop-up position.
