Job Description :

Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Concert Services, the Concert Services Production Manager supports all production aspects and maintenance of facilities at the Conservatory, including sound, electrical, and lighting systems. Responsibilities include technical production support for concerts, clinics, recitals, and other events both on and off campus. The role involves coordinating setup and facility use for college and external events, supervising 2-14 student workers across up to four venues, primarily during evenings and weekends.

Essential Functions / Primary Duties :

• Supervise and train work-study stage crew employees.
• Manage technical and lighting needs for events at Conservatory venues and off-campus.
• Ensure adherence to front-of-house and back-of-house protocols by student workers, facilitate smooth event operations, and enforce occupancy limits.
• Coordinate equipment and instrument transportation between venues.
• Review technical requirements, equipment needs, and repairs with the Associate Director.
• Maintain and distribute event, production, and maintenance records.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
