As an HR Business Partner in a fast-growing startup, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience and supporting our expanding team. Your responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with management to design and implement HR initiatives across all areas.
  • Fostering a culture of engagement and developing strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Leading end-to-end recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reducing risks related to employee management.
  • Managing HR policies, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
  • Collaborating with leadership to develop performance review processes, goal-setting frameworks, and feedback mechanisms.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong background in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employer branding.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance best practices.
  • Experience managing employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruitment platforms is a plus.

This is a temporary contract to cover maternity leave, with the possibility of extension to a fixed contract based on performance. The role offers a hybrid work model and additional flexibility.
