As an HR Business Partner in a fast-growing startup, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience and supporting our expanding team. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Working closely with management to design and implement HR initiatives across all areas.
  2. Fostering a culture of engagement and developing strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  3. Leading end-to-end recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
  4. Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reducing risks related to employee management.
  5. Managing HR policies, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
  6. Collaborating with leadership to develop performance review processes, goal-setting frameworks, and feedback mechanisms.

Qualifications include:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  2. Strong background in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employer branding.
  3. Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance best practices.
  4. Experience managing employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
  5. Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruitment platforms is a plus.

This is a temporary contract to cover maternity leave, with the possibility of extension to a fixed contract based on performance. The role offers a hybrid work model and additional flexibility.
