Agilent Technologies Inc. in Barcelona seeks a Contracts Specialist to gain practical experience in commercial contract administration, data management, and system implementation within a merger and acquisition integration project.

You will prepare documents, review information, and ensure accurate implementation in SAP and CLM tools while collaborating across cross-functional teams. Fluent English is required; experience with Excel and enterprise tools like SAP, HANA and Spotfire is valuable.

Formación

• Eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Experience with Excel and enterprise tools such as SAP, HANA and Spotfire.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the M&A project team to create, validate and implement contracts accurately and on time.
• Prepare contract documentation based on approved templates and ensure consistency with contract language.
• Support post-contract activities including signature coordination, system entry and data maintenance in SAP and CLM tools.
• Maintain accurate contract records and update metadata, status and supporting documentation.
• Create and update reports using Excel, SAP/HANA, Spotfire and the CLM platform.
• Track project actions and dependencies to support timely integration activities.
