Accenture is seeking a Contracting Legal Professional in Madrid to review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contractual agreements in a fast-paced corporate setting.

You will work with senior CLPs and business clients to manage risk, ensure compliance, and drive favorable outcomes across master services, outsourcing, SOWs, and SaaS agreements, leveraging strong English and Spanish language skills. Hybrid work model and international exposure offered.

Formación

• JD (or equivalent) is required.
• Authorized and licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
• Minimum 5 years of transactional experience in digital, consulting, systems integration, and outsourcing.
• Minimum of 2 years of IP and Data Privacy negotiation experience.
• Languages: English and Spanish.
